Cleveland Browns Quarterback Struggles In First Game Since 700 Day Absence

Deshaun Watson's Disastrous NFL Return: Worst Passer Rating of Career

Cleveland Browns Quarterback Struggles In First Game Since 700-Day Absence

After a 700-day hiatus from the NFL, Deshaun Watson's eagerly anticipated return with the Cleveland Browns proved to be a forgettable one. In the Browns' 27-14 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, Watson posted the worst passer rating of his career, a dismal 53.4.

Watson struggled throughout the game, completing only 12 of 22 passes for 131 yards and failing to connect for a touchdown. To make matters worse, he threw an interception that allowed the Jaguars to gain valuable field position. Watson's performance was a far cry from the Pro Bowl level he displayed during his tenure with the Houston Texans.
